Well, doing a grand opening hte same day you open for business can expose you to bad service, initial problems, and it can scare off potential customers. Instead, you can open for a few days and learn and correct and then doa gran opening when you are better prepared. If you are a seasoned business owner and you got mostly everything under control, then doing a grand opening since day one is not a bad idea.
